Connectors: live signals from your tools

Connectors link operational tools (such as GitHub and Jira) to your knowledge base. Their live signals — commits, pull requests, issues, tickets — are turned into read-only documents that refresh automatically.

Why connect a tool

Weekly reports say what teams *say* they did; connected tools show what the tools *record*. The Executive AI is instructed to point out when the two disagree: work claimed as done but not reflected in the tools, or heavy activity that never surfaced in a report.

Connector documents appear in the Knowledge Base marked as connector-sourced and cannot be edited by hand.
