Terms of Service
Effective date: June 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Signal PlayBook AI ("Platform"), operated by JS Morlu LLC ("Company"). By accessing or using the Platform, Customer agrees to these Terms.
2. Services
Signal PlayBook AI provides software-as-a-service solutions for:
- Weekly performance reporting
- Operational intelligence
- Team accountability tracking
- Executive dashboards
- AI-assisted reporting and analytics
- Workflow and performance management
3. Customer Data
Customer retains all ownership rights to Customer Data. The Company receives only a limited licence necessary to:
- Host the data
- Process the data
- Generate reports
- Provide Platform functionality
The Company does not acquire ownership of Customer Data.
4. AI Services
The Platform may use artificial intelligence to generate:
- Summaries
- Recommendations
- Draft reports
- Analytics
AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors. Customers remain responsible for reviewing all outputs.
5. Fees
Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Security
The Company maintains commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Customer Data.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties shall protect confidential information using reasonable care and at least the same degree of care used to protect their own confidential information.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform, software, algorithms, trademarks, and documentation remain the exclusive property of the Company.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability shall not exceed fees paid during the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach if such breach remains uncured for thirty (30) days.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
