Data Processing Addendum

1. Purpose
This Data Processing Addendum governs the processing of personal data on behalf of Customer.
2. Roles
- Customer = Data Controller
- Signal PlayBook AI = Data Processor
3. Processing Purposes
The Company processes personal data solely to:
- Provide Services
- Generate reports
- Deliver analytics
- Maintain security
- Provide customer support
4. Data Types
Personal data may include:
- Names
- Email addresses
- Job titles
- User activity
- Reports and comments
- Uploaded files
5. Security Measures
The Company maintains:
- Encryption in transit
- Access controls
- Audit logging
- Backup procedures
- Incident response processes
6. Subprocessors
The Company may use approved subprocessors identified in its Subprocessor List.
7. International Transfers
Where required, transfers rely upon:
- Standard Contractual Clauses
- Data Processing Agreements
- Other legally approved safeguards
8. Data Subject Rights
The Company shall reasonably assist Customer in responding to requests involving:
- Access
- Correction
- Deletion
- Portability
- Restriction
9. Security Incidents
The Company will notify Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a confirmed security incident involving Customer Data.
10. Return or Deletion
Upon termination, Customer Data shall be returned or deleted according to Customer instructions unless retention is legally required.
