2. Roles and Responsibilities

For organizational accounts:

  • Your employer or organization is generally the Data Controller.
  • Signal PlayBook AI acts as a Data Processor or Service Provider on behalf of the organization.

For individual accounts:

  • Signal PlayBook AI acts as the Data Controller.

Organizations are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to provide employee and contractor information to the Services.
