Executive AI: ask anything about your organisation
Leadership Q&A grounded in weekly reports and your knowledge base, with citations, charts, and scope filters.
Executive AI (Leadership → Executive AI, for CEO and Admin users) answers questions about your organisation's performance in natural language: "What are our top risks right now?", "What's going on with the Ghana office?", "Are we on track against our goal?".
Grounded answers with citations
Answers are grounded strictly in two sources: submitted weekly reports and the active documents in your Knowledge Base. Every factual claim carries a clickable [n] citation that opens the exact source passage. Facts come only from the evidence; when you ask for advice, recommendations are clearly framed as suggestions anchored in documented problems. If the evidence doesn't cover a question, the AI says so instead of guessing.
Scope filters
Narrow the evidence before asking: by period (last 4 weeks, 12 weeks, quarter, year), by office, or by person. The organisation's goal (set at the top of the page by Admin or CEO) frames every analysis.
Charts, KPIs, and alerts
Where a visual is clearer than prose, answers include charts (bar, line, area, pie, and radar — including multi-series comparisons), a row of KPI tiles on overview questions, and colour-coded alert cards for genuinely urgent items. Hovering any chart reveals download buttons for PNG and PDF.
Conversations
Threads are saved with full history: rename or delete them, pick suggested prompts, tap follow-up chips after each answer, stop generation mid-stream, and export any conversation to Markdown, PDF, or print. Long threads are automatically compacted so context is preserved. A 👍/👎 on each answer records a quality signal.
The first question of a conversation loads all the evidence and costs the most credits; follow-up questions in the same thread reuse it and are much cheaper, so dig deeper in one thread rather than starting a new conversation per question.
