Knowledge Base: control what the AI can read
Upload company documents the Executive AI grounds its answers in, organised in folders with per-document control.
The Knowledge Base (Admin → Knowledge Base) holds the company documents the Executive AI reads alongside weekly reports: strategy docs, policies, financials, org charts, or anything leadership questions might touch.
Supported formats
- PDFs and images: read natively by the AI, page by page, and citable by page number.
- Word documents, Excel/CSV spreadsheets, and plain text or Markdown: text is extracted and normalised at upload.
Curation
Documents are organised in folders, and each document has an Active toggle: switching it off removes the document from the AI's context without deleting it. This is the admin's control over exactly what the AI can see. Per-organisation storage quotas keep usage bounded.
Keep the active set curated. The AI reads everything that's active on every question, so a lean, current knowledge base gives sharper answers (and consumes fewer credits) than an archive of stale documents.
