How managers and the COS can use AI to surface patterns across a staff member's report history.

Managers and the Chief of Staff can access an AI-generated analysis for any individual staff member via Team → Staff → [Name] → Analysis.

What the analysis covers

  • Recurring signals or blockers: patterns that appear across multiple weeks.
  • Carry-over trends: priorities that are consistently deferred.
  • Morale trajectory: whether satisfaction is trending up or down.
  • Efficiency or improvement patterns: common themes in bottom-up feedback.

How to use it

You can generate analysis for a selected time range, ask follow-up questions, save manager notes, export a PDF, and share an insight with the staff member. Staff AI chat history is saved per manager and staff member.

AI analysis is a tool for conversation, not evaluation. Always validate patterns with direct discussion before drawing conclusions.
