Using meeting transcripts with AI
How Chief of Staff users can enrich report AI with meeting notes.
Chief of Staff users can attach a meeting transcript to any individual report. Find the Transcript tab on the report detail view (COS accounts only). The transcript is then included as context when using the AI chat tab on that report.
What to paste
Use plain meeting notes, 1:1 transcripts, or standup notes that clarify what happened beyond the written weekly report. Plain text only, no formatting required.
Scope of transcript context
Transcripts are used by the per-report AI chat only. They do not automatically appear in executive summaries or staff analysis. Reference key points manually when drafting summaries.
Transcripts help the AI surface items that were discussed verbally but not written in the structured report fields.
