Plans & Billing

Monthly vs annual billing

The difference between monthly and annual billing and how annual pricing is shown.

2 min read

Paid plans are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle. You choose the cycle when you first select a plan from Admin → Billing.

Monthly billing

You are charged the monthly rate at the start of each billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Annual billing

You are charged the full year upfront at a discounted rate. The pricing page and checkout show both the effective per-month rate and the total annual charge (e.g. "from $23/month, billed $276/year"). Annual billing cannot be switched to monthly mid-term.

Switching cycles

To switch from monthly to annual, contact support or upgrade from Admin → Billing. The switch takes effect at your next renewal date.

Annual billing typically saves 15–20% compared to paying monthly. The exact saving is shown on the pricing page.
