Managing your subscription

How to upgrade, downgrade, cancel, and view invoices from Admin → Billing.

Billing is managed from Admin → Billing. This page is visible only to users with the ADMIN designation.

Viewing your current plan

The Billing page shows your current plan, seat usage vs seat limit, next billing date, billing cycle, and the most recent invoice.

Upgrading your plan

  1. 1Go to Admin → Billing and click Upgrade or Change plan.
  2. 2Select the new plan and billing cycle.
  3. 3Enter or confirm your payment details.
  4. 4Confirm. The upgrade takes effect immediately and you gain access to the new plan's features instantly.

Downgrading

Downgrading to a lower tier takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Features from the higher tier remain available until then.

Cancelling

Cancelling your subscription stops renewal at the end of the current billing period. The workspace reverts to the Free tier. All data is preserved.

Invoices

The most recent invoice is shown on the Billing page with a link to download the PDF. Full invoice history is available from your Stripe billing portal (linked from the Billing page).

If you exceed your seat limit after a downgrade (e.g. you have 30 users but downgrade to a 25-seat plan), new user creation is blocked until the seat count is within the limit. Existing users are not deactivated automatically.
