Signal PlayBook AI is available on six plan tiers, each with a defined seat limit and access to platform features. Seat count refers to the number of active user accounts in your workspace.

• Free: up to 10 seats, 1 office. Core weekly reporting cycle, role-based dashboards, and basic admin tools. No charge.
• Starter ($29/month): up to 10 seats, 1 office. Adds AI report Q&A, executive summaries (COS manual drafts), CEO/COS/HoO dashboards, deadline reminders, and 2FA. Best for small teams replacing email updates with real performance data.
• Growth ($99/month): up to 25 seats, unlimited offices. Adds recognition nominations, Wall of Fame, performance leaderboard, 23 achievement badges, Daily Memo, and CC recipients. Best for teams building a performance culture.
• Professional ($249/month): up to 75 seats. Adds AI staff analysis & insights, AI executive summary generation, AI standup briefing, AI recognition nominations, and calendar integrations (Outlook, Google Calendar, Jira). Best for data-driven leadership.
• Business ($499/month): up to 250 seats. Adds system snapshots & backups, audit log, bulk staff import, and API access. Best for compliance-conscious operations.
• Enterprise (contact us): unlimited seats. Adds SAML SSO, white-labeling, and dedicated support with SLA.

Feature availability by plan

Certain features are gated by plan tier. If a feature is unavailable on your current plan, the relevant page or button is hidden or shows an upgrade prompt.
