How the trial period works
What you get during trial, how long it lasts, and what happens when it ends.
New workspaces start on a free trial that gives full access to all platform features for a limited period. The trial end date is shown in Admin → Billing.
What you can do during trial
During the trial you have access to all features regardless of plan tier. This lets you evaluate AI features, integrations, and recognition tools before committing to a specific plan.
When the trial ends
If no paid plan is selected before the trial ends, access is restricted to the Free tier feature set. Existing data (reports, users, offices, settings) is preserved. Upgrading to a paid plan at any time restores full access immediately.
Selecting a plan during trial
Visit Admin → Billing at any time during the trial to choose a plan and enter payment details. The paid subscription starts from the date of payment and the trial ends immediately.
If AI nominations or other premium features were used during the trial and you downgrade to Free at trial end, those features stop working. Existing AI-generated recognitions and achievements are preserved.
