Google Calendar suggestions
When your Google account is connected, today's meetings appear as chips you can tap to add to your work log.
If your Google account is connected (Profile → Account → Connected accounts), the Daily Memo displays your Google Calendar meetings for the current day as suggestion chips under a "From your calendar" heading in the Work log card.
How to use suggestions
Click or tap any chip to instantly add that meeting as a new entry in your work log, the same as typing it manually. Suggestions are shortcuts, not automatic additions; you decide which meetings to include.
Which meetings appear
- Only meetings from today's primary Google Calendar are shown.
- All-day events without a time are included; only events with a title (summary) are surfaced.
- The list refreshes each time you load the Daily Memo page.
- Suggestions only appear on the current week's log view, not on past-week calendar view.
Expanding the list
Up to 5 suggestions are shown by default. If you have more meetings, a "X more" toggle appears below the chips. Click it to see all meetings, and "Show less" to collapse back.
Connecting Google Calendar
If your Google account is not yet connected, a prompt appears at the bottom of the Notes & context card. Click it to go to Profile → Account → Connected accounts and link your account, then return to the Daily Memo.
You can connect both Google Calendar and Outlook at the same time. Events from both sources are merged under a single "From your calendar" heading and deduplicated by title.
Google Calendar suggestions use your primary calendar only. Events from other calendars (e.g. a shared team calendar) do not appear.
