Jira issue suggestions

When your Jira account is connected, completed issues from this week appear as chips you can tap to add to your work log.

2 min read

If your Jira account is connected (Profile → Account → Connected accounts), the Daily Memo displays Jira issues assigned to you that moved to Done this week as suggestion chips under a "From Jira" heading in the Work log card.

How to use suggestions

Click any chip to add that issue as a new entry in your work log. The entry is formatted as "[KEY-123] Issue summary", matching the format managers and the COS expect in the Results section of your weekly report.

Which issues appear

  • Issues assigned to you that are in the Done status category or marked "Ready for QA" at any point during the current week (Monday to Sunday).
  • Each chip shows a status icon: a green check for Done issues, a purple flask for Ready for QA.
  • Up to 30 issues are shown, ordered by most recently updated.
  • Suggestions are the same regardless of which day you have selected. They cover the full week.

Expanding the list

Up to 5 suggestions are shown by default. If there are more, a "X more" toggle appears below the chips. Click it to expand the full list, and "Show less" to collapse it again.

Connecting Jira

Go to Profile → Account → Connected accounts and click Connect next to Jira. Sign in with your Atlassian account and grant the requested permissions. Return to the Daily Memo to see your Jira suggestions.

Jira suggestions refresh each time you load the Daily Memo. If you completed an issue after opening the page, reload to see it appear.

If an issue does not appear, verify it is assigned directly to you in Jira and that its status is either in the Done category or named exactly "Ready for QA".
