Pushing memo entries to your weekly report

How to transfer selected entries from the week into your report draft with one click.

3 min read

When you have logged entries for the current week, a "Push to this week's report" button appears at the bottom of the page (below the work log on mobile; in the right column on desktop). The badge on the button shows the total number of entries logged across all days this week.

How to push entries

  1. 1Click the Push to this week's report button.
  2. 2A modal opens showing all your entries grouped by day. All entries are pre-selected.
  3. 3Deselect any entries you do not want to include, or use Deselect all / Select all.
  4. 4Click Add X items.

What happens after you push

  • If you have no report draft for the week yet, a new draft is created with the selected entries pre-filled in the Results Delivered section.
  • If you already have a draft, the selected entries are appended to the existing results list. Existing content is not overwritten.
  • Your memo entries remain in the Daily Memo unchanged. Pushing does not delete or move them.

If the week's report is already submitted

If you have already submitted your report for the current week, the push is blocked and a message is shown. Open your submitted report directly to check whether you need to edit anything during the 30-minute edit window.

Push entries early in the week as a starting point, then add more results directly in the report form as the week progresses. The two workflows complement each other.
