Your first login and forced password change
What to expect when you sign in for the first time with a temporary password.
Your account is created by an Admin who sets a temporary password. On your very first login you are automatically redirected to a password-change screen. You cannot access any other part of the platform until this is complete.
Choose a strong password (at least 8 characters). Once changed, you land on your main dashboard and the weekly reporting cycle begins.
Forgot your password?
Use the Forgot password link on the login page. An email with a reset link is sent to your registered address. Reset links are single-use and expire quickly, so use them promptly.
If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it still hasn't arrived, contact your Admin.
