Navigating the platform

A tour of the sidebar, top bar, and the pages available to each role.

The left sidebar is your main navigation hub. What you see depends on your role.

My Reports: your weekly report list and submission form (all roles except CEO).
Team → Weekly Reports: submitted team reports (Managers, HoO, COS, Admin).
Team → Team Member Insights: individual staff insight pages with AI analysis (Managers, HoO, COS, Admin).
Team → Team Structure: org chart for your direct reports or office (Managers, HoO).
Team → Company Structure: organisation-wide hierarchy (CEO, Admin, COS).
Summaries: executive summary list and editor (COS, CEO).
Standup: AI briefing tool (COS only).
CEO Dashboard: org-wide overview (CEO only).
Admin: users, org and offices, roles, audit, snapshots, and integrations (Admin only).
Settings: platform-wide configuration for submissions, notifications, security, and integrations (Admin and Chief of Staff).

Bell icon: all your in-app notifications. A red badge shows unread count.
Avatar icon: opens your profile: account details, security settings, and notification preferences.

Clicking any notification navigates you directly to the relevant report, comment, or action item.
