In-app vs. email notifications
The difference between in-app and email alerts, and how to manage them.

In-app notifications
All notifications appear in the bell icon in the top navigation bar. A red badge shows the unread count. Clicking a notification marks it as read and navigates you directly to the relevant item.
Email notifications
Email notifications run alongside in-app notifications for supported event types. You can manage supported email preferences in Profile → Notifications.
Disabling email for a type still shows the notification in-app. You will never miss it entirely.
