Deadline reminder configuration (Admins)

Admins configure deadline reminders at Admin → Settings → Notifications.

Configurable settings

• Due reminders: whether staff who have not submitted receive reminders before the deadline.
• Reminder windows: one or more hours before the deadline at which reminders fire (e.g. 24h and 3h). Each value triggers a separate reminder email if the report is still unsubmitted.
• Summary published notifications: whether CEO users are notified when a new executive summary is published.

All reminders are sent in each office's configured timezone, calculated from that office's deadline rather than a global UTC time.
