Creating your organisation workspace
What happens during sign-up and what your organisation slug and settings control.
When you sign up for Signal PlayBook AI, a new organisation workspace is created automatically. This workspace is the container for all your users, offices, reports, and settings.
Organisation details
During sign-up you provide an organisation name. A URL slug is generated from the name and identifies your workspace internally. You can update your organisation name, logo, and domain later from Admin → Settings → Organisation.
The first Admin account
The account that completes sign-up is automatically given the ADMIN designation. This account can create offices, invite staff, assign roles, and configure all platform settings. Additional Admins can be designated later from Admin → Roles.
Trial period
New workspaces start on a free trial. The trial gives you full access to platform features so you can evaluate Signal PlayBook AI before choosing a paid plan. You can see the trial end date in Admin → Billing.
Complete the four onboarding steps in order: create your first office, invite your team, configure deadlines, and choose a plan before your trial expires.
