My Achievements and Badges

Badges are awarded automatically as you reach milestones, maintain streaks, and achieve recognition. View your badges at Recognition → My Achievements. Each badge card shows its icon, a locked/unlocked state, and the date you first earned it.

Milestones: Report count achievements

• First Step: submit your first ever report.
• Getting Into It: submit 5 reports.
• Finding Your Rhythm: submit 10 reports.
• Quarter Century: submit 25 reports.
• Half Century: submit 50 reports.
• Century Club: submit 100 reports.
• Bicentennial: submit 200 reports.

Streaks: Consecutive weekly submissions

• 4-Week Streak: submit for 4 consecutive weeks.
• 8-Week Streak: submit for 8 consecutive weeks.
• Quarter Streak: submit for 13 consecutive weeks.
• Half-Year Streak: submit for 26 consecutive weeks.
• Full Year Streak: submit for 52 consecutive weeks.

Quality: Excellence in report content

• Top of the Game: submit a report with maximum self-scores across all five dimensions.
• Clean Slate: submit a report with zero unresolved carry-overs.
• Clean Month: go 4 consecutive weeks with all carry-overs resolved.
• Signal Sender: maintain 8 consecutive weeks of rich reports, with results, substantive signals, and committed priorities on every report.
• Top Rated: average 4.5 or higher in manager feedback across at least 8 recent feedback submissions.
• Comeback Kid: rebuild a streak of 4+ weeks after a previous lapse in submissions.

Leaderboard: Ranking achievements

• Podium Finisher: finish in the top 3 on the leaderboard for any period.
• Leaderboard Champion: finish in 1st place on the leaderboard for any period.

Recognition: Employee awards

• Employee of the Month: nominated and published as the monthly recognition winner.
• Employee of the Quarter: nominated and published as the quarterly recognition winner.
• Employee of the Year: nominated and published as the annual recognition winner.

Repeatable badges

The three employee award badges (Employee of the Month, Quarter, and Year) can be earned multiple times. On the Achievements page, a ×N count appears on the badge icon to show how many times you have earned that award.
