Understanding the leaderboard
How the leaderboard ranks staff, which period types are available, and who can see it.
The leaderboard ranks all active staff within your organisation based on a composite performance score calculated from their weekly reports. It is available for monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.
Viewing the leaderboard
Navigate to Recognition → Leaderboard from the sidebar. Use the period tabs (Month / Quarter / Year) to switch between views. Each row shows rank, name, composite score, and the four contributing sub-scores.
Who appears on the leaderboard
All active, non-exempt staff who have submitted at least one report in the selected period are included. Users with zero submissions are excluded.
Leaderboard visibility
An Admin can control who can view the leaderboard:
- Everyone: all staff can see the full ranked list.
- Managers & Above: only Managers, Heads of Office, COS, CEO, and Admins can see it.
- Own Office Only: users see only their own office's ranking.
Leaderboard badges
When the AI nomination process runs for a period, leaderboard badges are awarded automatically: Podium Finisher (rank 1–3) and Leaderboard Champion (rank 1). These are awarded based on the leaderboard snapshot at the time of the AI run.
Your leaderboard rank and score breakdown are also visible on your staff profile page when the leaderboard feature is enabled.
