Recognition settings for Admins
How to enable or disable the leaderboard, Wall of Fame, and achievements, and configure leaderboard visibility.
Recognition features are configured under Admin → Settings → Recognition. All settings take effect immediately for all users.
Leaderboard
- Enable Leaderboard: toggles the leaderboard on or off. When disabled, the leaderboard page is hidden from all users and leaderboard badges are not awarded after AI nominations.
- Leaderboard Visibility: controls who can see the leaderboard. Options are Everyone, Managers & Above, or Own Office Only.
Wall of Fame / Recognitions
Enable Recognition toggles the entire recognition system on or off. When disabled, the Wall of Fame, Manage Recognitions, and all nomination tools are hidden. Existing data is preserved.
Achievements & Badges
Enable Achievements toggles the badge system on or off. When disabled:
- The My Achievements page is hidden from all users.
- Badge sections are removed from staff profile pages.
- Badges are no longer computed or awarded on report submission.
- Badges earned before disabling are preserved and will reappear if the setting is re-enabled.
You can enable achievements independently of the leaderboard or Wall of Fame. For example, you may want staff to earn milestone and streak badges without exposing the ranking table.
