The Wall of Fame
How published recognitions are displayed and what the spotlight modal shows.
The Wall of Fame is a curated public feed of all published recognitions within your organisation. It is accessible from Recognition → Wall of Fame in the sidebar.
What appears on the Wall of Fame
Only recognitions with a Published status are shown. Nominations that are still in the AI Nominated or Confirmed stage, or that have been Rejected, do not appear.

Each card shows the recipient's avatar, name, and position; the period type and period key (e.g. Monthly · 2026-06); a star rating indicator; the recognition title; and a truncated excerpt of the citation.
