Setting up two-factor authentication (2FA)

Enable 2FA to add a second layer of security to your sign-in.

2FA adds a second verification step to your login. Signal PlayBook AI sends a 6-digit verification code to your email when you sign in from a new device.

How to enable 2FA

  1. 1Go to Profile → Security.
  2. 2Turn Two-Factor Authentication on.
  3. 3On your next new-device login, enter the emailed 6-digit code.
  4. 4Choose whether to trust the device during login.

Disabling 2FA

Go to Profile → Security and turn Two-Factor Authentication off. Disabling 2FA revokes trusted devices for your account.

There are no authenticator-app QR codes or backup codes. Make sure your account email address is accessible before relying on 2FA.
