Every sensitive action on the platform is recorded in the read-only audit log.

Every sensitive action on the platform is recorded in Admin → Audit. The log is read-only and cannot be modified or deleted.
What is logged
- Authentication events: logins, logouts, failed attempts, password changes, 2FA events.
- Report events: submissions, comments, replies, edits, and discussion changes.
- Admin actions: user creation, activation, deactivation, scheduled deletion, role changes, office edits, and settings updates.
- Snapshot events: creation and restoration of system snapshots.
Use the audit log to investigate suspicious activity or verify that a configuration change was applied.
