Connecting your Jira account
Link your Atlassian account to surface completed Jira issues as Daily Memo suggestions.
Connecting Jira pulls your completed issues for the current week into the Daily Memo as one-tap suggestion chips, making it easy to build your weekly report from real work rather than relying on memory.
How to connect
- 1Go to Profile → Account.
- 2Scroll to the Connected accounts section.
- 3Click Connect next to Jira.
- 4Sign in with your Atlassian account and grant the requested permissions.
- 5You are returned to your profile with the connection confirmed.
What it enables
- Jira suggestions on the Daily Memo: issues assigned to you that are Done or Ready for QA this week appear as chip buttons under a "From Jira" heading. Clicking one adds it to your work log as "[KEY-123] Issue summary".
- Each chip shows a status icon (green check for Done, purple flask for Ready for QA) so you can see at a glance what stage each issue is at.
- Suggestions cover the full current week (Monday to Sunday), not just today.
Disconnecting
Click Disconnect in the Connected accounts section. Jira suggestions immediately stop appearing on the Daily Memo. Your Signal PlayBook account and all report data are unaffected.
If you have access to multiple Jira Cloud instances, the integration connects to the first one in your Atlassian account. Contact your Admin if you need a different instance.
Jira issues are pulled fresh each time you open the Daily Memo. If an issue was completed but does not appear, check that it is assigned to you and its status is in the Done category in Jira.
