System snapshots (Admins)

How database snapshots are created, scheduled, downloaded, restored, and deleted.

Admin → Snapshots creates database-level snapshots of platform data. Snapshots are for backup and restore workflows, not for viewing report edit history.

What snapshots include

Snapshots include users, offices, reports, settings, conversations, manager notes, and transcripts. Passwords and API keys are excluded.

Available actions

Create a manual snapshot.
Schedule automatic snapshots daily, weekly, or monthly.
Email scheduled snapshots to a configured address.
Download, restore, upload-restore, or delete snapshot files.

Restoring a snapshot overwrites current platform data. Use this only when you are deliberately rolling the system back.
