How CEO, Admin, and Chief of Staff users view the organisation-wide reporting structure.

CEO, Admin, and Chief of Staff users can open Company Structure from Team → Company Structure in the sidebar. It displays the full organisation-wide hierarchy grouped by office.
What it shows
The chart starts from the CEO, groups office structures under their respective Heads of Office, and shows unassigned users (those without an office assignment) separately at the CEO level.
Display and export options
- Color by office: toggle to visually distinguish each office group with a distinct colour.
- Export as Image: a PNG snapshot of the full chart.
- Export as PDF: a printable landscape or portrait chart.
- Export as Text (ASCII): a plain-text hierarchy for pasting into documents.
All exports include a "generated by Signal PlayBook AI" footer, captured automatically in image and PDF exports.
